Should you have a concern please contact your child's class teacher. They will strive to contact you within 24 hours.

If you do not feel you have had a satisfactory response we have a rigorous complaints procedure. Formal complaints will always follow the Complaints Procedure. Informal and formal and opportunities for feedback from parents are central to our self-evaluation work.

A complaint may be made in person, by telephone, or in writing.
If in the unlikely event that your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction you are welcome to contact the Governors.
